Citi is based in Canary Wharf with further offices located around central London. The Canary Wharf office, employing over 7,000 people, also serves as the regional headquarters for Citi’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Citi EMEA consists of businesses operating in 55 countries and employing over 37.000. All of Citi’s businesses are represented in London, including the Institutional Clients Group, Citi Private Bank and Citi’s Consumer operations.

The Derby site, employing over 1,500 people, is the operational hub for Citi´s UK Consumer business. The business provides some 2 million customers with a wide range of banking, savings and investments, insurance and credit card services through its Citi and Egg brands. Citi’s Edinburgh office is located in the city centre, a short walk from Waverley train station. The main activity in our Edinburgh offices is fund administration operations. The business employs approximately 350 individuals working in the main area of fund administration operations. The team manages all operational, administrative and regulatory activities in a single package thus allowing our clients to concentrate on their core business of asset management.

Citi established a presence in Northern Ireland in 2005 and today employs over 900 people at Belfast´s Titanic Quarter campus. The team provides Technology Support, Software Application Development, Technical Infrastructure expertise, Core Operations activities and Legal & Compliance services to the firm, primarily supporting Corporate and Investment Banking activities in London, New York and some European markets.
