HOW WILL THE PERSONAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED BE USED?

Personal Information of candidates applying for jobs will be retained in accordance with local requirements and those of the country to which you are applying. Further, please note that Citi may delete your profile on this Site or some or all of the Personal Information that Citi has about you at any time (including your CV/resume), for any reason and without notice. Therefore, please retain your own copy of the personal information provided to us.
- If you are applying for a job in the United States, we are required to retain your Personal Information relating to candidates for 3 yrs.
- If you are applying for a job in Japan, your information stored in the system will be deleted 1 year after the date of your first application or creation of candidate profile.
- If you are applying for a job in any European country, we will retain your Personal Information for up to 3 years (or less) depending on the country where the job you have applied for would be located.
- Data retention guidelines will be observed for the country to which you are applying.
