The role of the investment banker is to provide financial advisory services on a wide range of strategic transactions (including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and restructurings) and capital-raising projects, for corporate clients, financial institutions and governments worldwide. Our leading-edge capital-raising activities include underwriting and distributing equity, debt and derivative securities. We take pride in delivering first class execution of the most complex transactions including leveraged buyouts (LBOs) financial restructurings and privatisations.
