Citi’s Human Resource Division is the leader in its field and has experts in all areas of the Human Resource function. Our people are aligned by function covering the broad spectrum of human resource management including the following:

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation and benefits team is comprised of Compensation, Benefits, Relocation, Tax, Deferred Compensation and Pensions. Our specialists develop and implement compensation strategies to ensure we are able to offer and execute some of the most effective compensation plans in the industry. They work with all our businesses to provide strategies that are seamless and fully integrated solutions. They also deliver high quality and easy to use benefit, pensions and relocation services to all our employees.

Resourcing:

Our Professional Resourcing team provide key recruitment strategies for implementation at all levels across the company. They have a strong graduate recruitment team who work in partnership with the businesses to recruit the most talented graduates in the market. Our Permanent Resourcing team support all our businesses with their lateral hiring needs and our Senior hiring specialists work with managers in hiring the future business heads and leaders of the company. Our Temporary Resourcing function provides temporary workers and contractors to all Citi businesses.

Training and Development:

Our Training and Development specialists develop and execute leading edge programmes across the banking industry. They are specialists in the development of people and work with our key businesses to ensure continuous training and development of our talent at all levels across the company.

Generalists:

Our HR Generalists support specific businesses and are partners in the decision-making and planning processes. They support our line managers on a range of issues and processes, essential in the successful management of all our people.

Diversity:

Our Diversity team are pre-eminent in developing diversity strategies within the banking industry. They direct and inspire a vision of openness and inclusively within our company.

Employment Relations and Policy:

Our specialists work to develop and implement policies and procedures in line with best practice and current legislative frameworks.
