Equities Sales and Trading

Citi maintains a dominant global equity sales and trading platform, providing world-class equity capabilities for institutional and retail investors alike. Our global cash equities businesses offer a wide breadth of products: listed securities, American Depository Receipts (ADRs), ordinary shares, and NASDAQ-listed securities. All of our highly skilled and experienced sales and trading professionals leverage our leading non-cash equity platform, comprised of Equity Capital Markets, Equity Derivatives, Convertibles and Portfolio Trading allowing us to offer integrated services to best serve our client base. Our global platform is organised around three major regions: the Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia Pacific with offices in all major cities. Globally, the Equities division is made up of over 2,000 dedicated professionals servicing over 3,000 institutional clients. Equity Capital Markets

Professionals in the Capital Markets Group play a unique role at Citi. We are involved in the entire financing process, from providing advice on capital structures and developing financing strategies with issuers based around the world to assisting in the pricing and distribution of securities and loans to investors globally. We provide our clients with real time market knowledge and technical structuring expertise that allows them to make optimal capital raising, hedging and risk-management decisions. Our Equity Capital Markets professionals are experts in products ranging from convertible securities, Initial Public Offerings, common stock offerings to equity block trades.
