    3. How do I submit a resume or CV?
A: As part of the application process, you will be asked for this information. If you attached a resume or CV when you created your profile, you need only indicate that resume or CV as the relative document for the particular application you are creating. If you wish to attach a different resume or CV, you may upload a new document and indicate the new resume or CV as the relevant material for the application. Top

    4. What if I have trouble submitting my resume or CV online?
A: You may be trying to attach a document type that is not supported by our site, or that is too large. Generally, Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx), Microsoft Excel (.xls and .xlsx), Adobe (.pdf) and Text (.txt) are valid document types for submission. You may attach up to five documents of no more than 200KB each. Top

    5. What if I start but do not finish my application today?
A: After completing each page of the application you have the option to ‘Save as Draft’. At any point you may complete a page and click ‘Save as Draft’ to pause the process. When you are ready, simply log in again and you will find the draft application available from My Jobpage. Find the draft application and click on the Finish Draft Submission link to continue with the application process. You may also find this link from the Job List in a subsequent Job Search if you are searching for jobs while logged in. Please note that your application will not be considered if it is not completed before the job posting is closed. Once a job is no longer available, you will lose the opportunity to complete the application. Top

    6. I have already applied - do I have to enter all of my information again?
A: No. Although each job application may require answering questionnaires specific to the job, if you previously created a profile through an application the information you provided will be available to use again for other applications. You will have the opportunity to edit any information previously submitted as needed. Top

    7. Can I change my application?
A: As long as the job opportunity is still accepting applications you may make updates to your application. You will find the list of your submitted applications from the My Jobpage tab. Top

    8. When will I hear back?
A: Because of the volume of applications received, please understand that we cannot respond to each applicant individually. You will be contacted by a recruiter if more information is required, or you are considered for the position to which you applied. Top

    9. Who can I contact for more information?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot provide contact information for each job posting. Recruitment processes at Citi differ by country and business unit and in many cases multiple people manage each opening at different points during the process. Due to the volume of applications we are unable to personally correspond with each applicant. Top

    10. I already work for Citi – can I apply for another job through this site?
