1. How do I search for jobs?
A:
From almost every page on this site you will find links to Job Searches specific to a World Region, Country or Business. The further down you navigate in the site, the more specific the search results become. At any time, you may click a Job Search link and use the Job Search menu options to narrow your results by job function, location, or keyword. To narrow your results even further, use our Advanced Job Search.
2. Do I have to register or log in to search for jobs?
A:
No, but we recommend you do register to take advantage of the tools available to help in your job search.
3. What if my search does not return any jobs?
A:
Click the "Clear" button to start fresh and then try selecting fewer criteria - for example: specify only one Job Field or only one Location, and then click the "Search" button. You can either browse the results that come back or, if there are too many, select additional criteria and click "Search" again to narrow it down. If you still do not see job listing results, it may be that there are no jobs currently posted in the language in which you are searching. From the Careers at Citi Website page, choose a different language in the upper right-hand corner and click the Job Search link again.
4. What does ‘Job Language’ mean?
A:
Depending on the country and the language requirements for a given job, opportunities may be posted in one or more languages. For example, many job opportunities in Mexico will be posted in Spanish only, and some may be posted in both Spanish and English. In Poland, most jobs will be posted in Polish, and some may be posted in both Polish and English.
5. What if I cannot find a job I am interested in?

6. Can I be notified when jobs I’m interested in are available?
A:

7. Can I refer a friend for a job that matches their skills and interests?
A:
If you have found a job that you think a friend would be interested in and possesses the qualifications for the job, click on the Job Title link to see the Job Description and then click the Send this job to a friend link in the right-hand column. You will be asked to provide your email address and your friend’s email address. Once complete, your friend will receive an email notification from you about this opportunity.
8. How do I register?

A:
Click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link , then enter your user name and email address. You will be asked the two security questions you created during registration. The answers you enter must match exactly the answers you provided when they were created - security question answers, like passwords, are case-sensitive. Once you have answered the security questions correctly, click Confirm. An email will be sent to you with a link and an access code to use in resetting your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
13. What if I don’t receive the password-reset email?
A:
Although emails are generally sent with 5 minutes of the request, it may take as long as 30 minutes. Check your service provider’s spam filter to see if the message has been removed to another folder. If you are sure the message is not being blocked by your service provider, and it has been longer than 30 minutes, you may attempt to reset the password again using the Forgot Your Password? link. If you attempt a reset more than once, and you receive more than one email, be certain to use the most current email with link and access code information.
14. The system is telling me that I’m locked out. What do I do?
A:
You entered an incorrect password against your user name too many times and the system locked your account to prevent further attempts in the event someone who is not you was attempting to access your account. You will have to wait 15-30 minutes before the lock will be relaxed. However, when you next log in you will be required to answer your security questions to validate it is you logging into your profile. This is done to help protect your personal information from inappropriate access.
15. What if I don’t remember my security question answers?
A:
Answering the security questions correctly is the only way to complete the password reset process. Answers are case sensitive – make sure you are using the same punctuation and capitalization used when creating answers during registration. If you cannot remember the answers provided, you will not able to complete the password reset process and will need to create a new profile.
16. What if I don’t remember my user name?
A:
At present there are no options for resetting a user name. If you are not able to remember your user name, you will need to create a new profile.
